b. Being concerned In the organisation of a rave as defined by
s.63(1) of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994;
c. Knowingly using or supplying property, personal or otherwise,
for use in a rave as defined by· s.63(1) of· the Criminal Justice
and Public Order Act 1994;
d. Entering or remaining in any disused or abandoned building
unless invited to do so In writing by a registered charitable
organisation; w" ~

e. Entering or remaining on non-residential private property on
an industrial estate between the hours of 1 Opm and 7am
without written permission from the owner and/or leaseholder
of the property; and
f. Engaging in any licensable activity in an unli-censed premises.
For the sake of clarity, nothing in this order prevents the Defendant from
assisting, preparing for, or engaging in licensed licJnsable activities.
This order does continue until 1 O March 2015. If with , ut reasonable excuse
the defendant does anything which he is prohibited trdm doing by this order,
he shall be liable on conviction to a term of imprison~ ent not exceeding five
years or to a fine or both.
