5. CAN 01.YF/3597/14 relates to the arrest of Simon CORDELL above. He was arrested to prevent a breach
of the peace due to setting up a rave. He was later released from custody.
6. CRiS 1914SSS/14 - CAD 11&54 20th June 2014. Police discovered a Rave being set up at 1 Falcon Park,
Neasden Lane NWlO and closed the rave down on the authority of Chief Superintendent Gideon SPRINGER.
All persons at the rave '.eft the venue upon Police advice to leave. However under S64 CJPQ the vehicle and
sound system were seized from the DJ again under authority of Chief Superintendent Gideon SPRINGER.
The vehicle VRM CX32JRZ a white Ford transit was removed from the property and taken to Wembley Police
Station. The owner of the vehicle is Mr Simon Paul CORDELL. The vehicle was later restored
PCHAWOR1H.
7 On 7th June 2014, it came to Police notice that a rave was taking place in an empty Warehouse in Progress
Way, Enfield ENl. Simon CORDELL and Tyrone BENJAMIN have set up a rave in the empty warehouse.
Officers attended fire fighting equipment/escape exits seen. Approximately 200 people in attendance ad well
nalured YElN AfTnsp HAMILL aware and unable to close down due to insufficient units available. Rave is
due to finish at 0700 but start up again at 2200hrs.

8. On 25th May 2014 at 23:21 hours, Police were called to Unit 5 Sr Georges Industrial Estate, White Hart
Lane Nl7 by the security guard at the venue stating "suspects were on premises'. Police attended the venue
and a large group of approx 20 young males and females, between 18-35 years of age and of mixed origins
ran out of the rear of the industrial estate through an alleyway leading to Diet ford Close N13. Several males
were still inside the premises claiming to be squatters. The remote viewing CCTV at the venue was contacted
and the alanns had just been activated and it had footage of several suspects causing damage to the security
cameras and door locks at the venue upon opening the premises. After several minutes and upon hearing
Police organising entry to the premises in order to search for suspects concerned in Crilninal Damage the
remaining occupants ran out of the rear doors to the venue. The front shutter then opened and a White Ford
Transit vehicle VRM CX52JPZ attempted to exit the premises. The driver an IC3 male gave the particulars of
Simon CORDELL. He stated that he had just attended the venue to give his friends some food as they were
squatting. The rear of the transit van contained a set of large speakers and music equipment but CORDELL
insisted he used the equipment for festival work and was not setting up for a Rave. Several young males and
